Easy Returns & Exchanges

There are lots of rules and stuff on internet shopping and I live by them. Ultimately if something has gone wrong just let us know:

Email the dog team first on: itsallgoneabitwrong@krakensdoghouse.com

All Leads Collars and bowls can be returned no questions asked within 7 days of purchase for a refund on the cost of the product as long as they are still in their original packaging and unused.

Dog Treat/ Food once opened we cannot accept any returns on.

If we have failed please let us know, we are here to help.
